Spectrum Engineering Africa
ICT Infrastructure · Kenya & Uganda
The Organization
Spectrum Engineering Africa has spent a decade building the physical backbone of East Africa's digital economy: fiber optic networks, 5G broadband systems, TowerCo builds for mobile operators, microwave links, and energy solutions for remote tower sites across Kenya and Uganda. ISO-certified. Working alongside governments, multinational telecoms, and enterprise clients who cannot afford downtime.
The Problem
Spectrum was walking into rooms with government ministries and enterprise clients on the strength of a decade of serious delivery, then directing them to a website that had stopped reflecting the weight of the work behind it. A prospective partner doing due diligence online would find an organization that looked smaller and less capable than the one they had just met in person. The website was costing them clients the team was winning in conversation.
What Yutie Built
A complete platform redesign built around one purpose: making the Spectrum that exists online match the Spectrum that exists in the field. The site now opens with the confidence of a regional infrastructure leader, communicates the full technical portfolio in language that procurement officers understand, and presents the dual-market operation across Kenya and Uganda as one coherent, authoritative whole.
What Changed
→Digital presence now holds up under enterprise and institutional due diligence
→Kenya and Uganda operations unified into one authoritative identity
→Technical service portfolio made legible to non-technical decision makers
→Platform built to extend as service lines grow, no rebuild required

Soar Visa & Consultancy Services
Visa Advisory · Kenya
The Organization
Soar Visa & Consultancy Services helps individuals navigate the visa application process for study, business, medical, family reunion, and tourist travel across North America, Europe, the UAE, and beyond. Their work sits at an unusual intersection: a technically demanding, documentation-heavy process that is also one of the most emotionally charged experiences a client can go through. Rejection rates are high. The stakes are personal. And trust is everything.
The Problem
Soar entered the market with no digital presence at all. In a category where the first online impression is often the deciding factor in whether a prospective client picks up the phone, invisibility was a commercial disqualifier. Without a credible platform, the business simply did not exist for the majority of people who would need it, regardless of how good the service actually was.
What Yutie Built
A conversion platform built entirely around the emotional reality of the prospective client. The architecture moves a visitor from anxiety to confidence in a single scroll: leading with empathy before credentials, addressing the specific fears that cause people to abandon the process before they begin, and using real client stories to demonstrate that the outcome they want is genuinely achievable.
What Changed
→Complete market entry: zero to professional digital presence at launch
→Inquiry pipeline opened to an online audience from day one
→Six visa service categories clearly communicated with distinct value propositions
→Empathy-first conversion design that meets the client where they are emotionally

Setaria Consulting
Research, Monitoring & Evaluation · Kenya & Somalia
The Organization
Setaria Consulting is a specialist research, monitoring and evaluation firm operating in some of the most complex environments on the continent, including Jubaland, Somalia. Their partners include USAID, Finn Church Aid, Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe, and AECF. The work they do: turning field data into evidence-based decisions for institutional donors, requires the kind of methodological rigor scrutinized by organizations accountable to governments and international bodies.
The Problem
Setaria entered the market with deep sector expertise, serious institutional partnerships, and a field record that most organizations take years to build. The problem was that none of it was visible online. In the international development sector, where institutional credibility is verified rigorously before any engagement is signed, invisibility is a disqualifier.
What Yutie Built
A brand platform designed specifically for the institutional development audience: procurement officers and program directors at international NGOs and bilateral donors who recognize the partner logos and understand what operating in Jubaland actually means. Digital authority that matched the field work Setaria had already earned.
What Changed
→Institutional-grade digital presence established from day one
→Research, Monitoring and Evaluation pillars clearly differentiated for donor audiences
→Partner ecosystem positioned as direct credibility amplifiers
→Dual-location presence communicated as operational depth, not limitation

Konza Tips Limited
Cleaning & Waste Management · Nairobi, Kenya
The Organization
Konza Tips Limited is one of Kenya's most established cleaning and waste management companies: 15 years in operation, over 500 satisfied clients, and a service scope that runs from residential deep cleans to industrial facility management, exhauster services, fumigation, and full grounds maintenance. They operate seven days a week with a fully equipped fleet and offer formal SLA agreements to commercial and institutional clients. The kind of company that built its reputation quietly through years of consistent, excellent work.
The Problem
Konza had earned their reputation the hard way: 15 years of consistent delivery and a client base built almost entirely on word of mouth. But word of mouth has a ceiling. Without a professional digital presence, entire categories of prospective clients, facilities managers at corporates, procurement officers at institutions, estate managers searching for reliable service providers, had no way to find them, evaluate them, or trust them enough to make contact.
What Yutie Built
A professional website built to match the credibility of a company that has been operating at scale for 15 years. The platform communicates the full breadth of Konza's ten service categories clearly, organized for both residential and commercial audiences, while leading with the trust signals that matter to institutional buyers: years of operation, fleet readiness, and SLA availability.
What Changed
→Professional digital presence that reflects 15 years of operational credibility
→Ten service categories organized for both residential and commercial audiences
→Direct inquiry and service request system converting web visitors into booked jobs
→SLA and corporate client pathway clearly communicated for institutional procurement

Waridi Afrique Candles
Lifestyle & E-Commerce · Kenya
The Organization
Waridi Afrique Candles is a proudly Kenyan lifestyle brand founded by Angeyo and Kenton: a couple driven by a deep belief that fragrance can heal, uplift, and sanctify a space. Every candle is hand-crafted and hand-poured, with over 15 carefully curated fragrance collections and a faith dimension woven through the entire brand identity. Waridi means Rose in Swahili, honoring East African cultural richness alongside the warmth of spiritual intention.
The Problem
Waridi Afrique is a brand with a genuinely moving story and a product that speaks for itself. The challenge was that a brand this distinctive, this rooted in meaning, faith, and sensory experience, needed a digital home that could carry that weight. A generic e-commerce template would have flattened everything that makes Waridi special. The website had to feel as intentional as the candles themselves.
What Yutie Built
A brand-led e-commerce platform designed to immerse the visitor in the Waridi world before they ever consider purchasing. The site leads with the story, then moves naturally into the collection. Fifteen fragrance journeys are presented with the care the products deserve. The platform is designed not just to sell candles, but to communicate a brand the visitor genuinely wants to be part of.
What Changed
→A digital home that carries the weight and warmth of the Waridi brand identity
→Fifteen fragrance collections presented with the intentionality the products deserve
→Brand story communicated before the commercial conversation, not after
→E-commerce platform built for a lifestyle audience that buys meaning, not just product

Glam Feeds
Agriculture & Animal Nutrition · Kenya
The Organization
Glam Feeds is a Kenyan animal feed company producing natural, nutrient-rich feeds for chickens, cows, and pigs, formulated to improve milk yield, egg production, and growth rates without artificial additives. The business is built on a clear value proposition: healthy, sustainably sourced feed that delivers measurable results on the farm. They partner with local farmers, use biodegradable packaging, and have built an active social presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
The Problem
Glam Feeds had a strong product, a clear market, and the social media energy of a brand that knew how to speak to farmers. What they needed was a central digital home: a professional website that could anchor their online presence, communicate the full product range with credibility, and convert the traffic they were building on social into actual farm orders. Social media gets attention. A website converts it.
What Yutie Built
A conversion-focused agricultural brand website built to serve two audiences simultaneously: the commercial farmer making a serious nutritional decision for their herd or flock, and the smallholder farmer looking for a trustworthy supplier with clear, accessible information. The platform presents chicken, cow, and pig feed lines with the specificity farmers need, while the brand story earns the trust that turns a first order into a long-term relationship.
What Changed
→Professional digital anchor for a brand with strong social presence but no web home
→Three feed categories, poultry, dairy, pork, clearly differentiated by animal and purpose
→Sustainability and natural ingredient positioning communicated as core brand values
→Direct order pathway connecting web visitors to the WhatsApp ordering system
Businesses across East Africa and beyond that trusted us with their technology.
