The data that tells
the truth
about your business.
Intelligence is the domain that transforms data from all seven other domains into a single, honest picture the owner can act on. The Shalom Score lives here. The dashboards live here. The monthly domain report lives here. Without Intelligence, the other seven domains produce activity but no insight.
Most businesses are flying
without instruments.
Intelligence is the least visible domain and the one most businesses skip entirely. They build a website (Presence), they track leads (Relationships), they invoice clients (Finance Visibility). But they do not build the layer that tells them whether any of it is working, and by how much.
The Intelligence domain is the insight layer. It pulls together data from every other domain: website performance from Presence, keyword rankings from Reach, pipeline conversion from Relationships, task completion from Operations, revenue trends from Finance Visibility, and system health from Readiness. Then it produces two things: the Shalom Score, and a written interpretation of what the numbers mean.
Without Intelligence, the Shalom Score cannot exist. This domain is the scoring engine. It is also the most human domain: the monthly written report that translates numbers into plain language, and the strategy session where the interpretation becomes action.

Every service in the Intelligence domain is about creating the measurement infrastructure that makes the Shalom Score honest, the monthly report meaningful, and the strategy session genuinely useful.
